Personal Weekly Training Programmes

Are you looking to improve your times this year? Just starting out? Or need some structure in your training?

We understand that most triathletes have to fit training in around their everyday lives and we will work with you to put togther the best possible plan for the season based on how little or how much time you have and specific to your own goals.  Not only that but you will get support, motivation and encouragement with your training through regular contact via e-mail or phone with your coach. 

Following an in depth consultation reviewing your goals, availablility to train and discussing your weakest / strongest disclipline we will provide you with a bespoke training plan for the season delivered on a week by week rolling basis ensuring you are in peak condition for your races.

The key to our success with athletes is regular communication, feedback and review of your training making adjustments where necessary, it really is a two-way relationship and we encourage our athletes to be as open and honest as possible.  With structure and focus you will get so much more enjoyment from the sport as well as simply improving as an athlete.

Our package includes:

  • Setting of your seasonal goals
  • Weekly phone and/or e-mail call to your coach
  • Strength and conditioning programme
  • Rolling weekly programme unique to you
  • Guidance & advice on equipment

Cost £60.00 per month plus £50.00 one off consultation fee
